Checklists and event playbooks for new Khalsa communities getting organised in unfamiliar places. Each one is short, practical, and built to be handed to the person actually doing the work.
Put your young speakers out front.
The people who represent you should speak the local language fluently and read the local context. That is usually the youth. Elders lead inside the community; but at the front line with press, councils and neighbours, a confident local voice prevents the mis-description that follows a language gap. Brief the elders, back the young, and never let the first impression be lost in translation.
